Supported Versions of Click
Click releases updates to its CRM solutions on a regular basis. Technical support is provided at no additional charge to all current customers provided they are running a supported version of the Click CRM solutions. Supported versions include the current release, as well as any release from the past 12 months.
We encourage customers to update to the latest available release on a regular basis, at least twice per year. Technical support is not provided if the installed version is more than a year old. If a customer seeks technical support for an older, unsupported version, the technical support team will advise the customer to update to the latest release.
