Power BI is a suite of business analytics tools to analyze data and share insights. With Power BI, you can create data visualizations and dashboards that improve reporting and understanding of data from a variety of services and solutions, including Click.
Click data can be brought into your Power BI account via our Power BI Content Pack. The Click app will only be available in the Power BI Desktop version and will not be available in Power BI Online.

Connect to Click CRM Data
If you do not already have an account you can sign up for a free account here.
NOTE: At some point you may see a notification that you need to get Power BI Pro. You do not need to do this. Just close that notification and continue on.

Download the file according to which database your Click account is in.
Don't know which data center your Click is in? Open up any Click editor or builder and at the beginning of the URL you will either see an eu, au, ca, or none of these. If you see none - you're in the US data center.

Open Power BI desktop and go to File > Open > Downloads > select the .pbix file you just downloaded.
This will open the Click view automatically.
From the Power BI File menu > choose Options and Settings > select Data source settings.
From the Data Source Settings menu, select the URL for ClickDimensions (it should end with odata). Click Edit.
A window will appear for Data Source Settings as they relate to the URL you've selected. Under Type: Anonymous, click Edit.
Select Basic from the side menu. You will see a field for Username and a field for Password.
Within Settings and Support > ClickDimensions Settings, copy the Account Key. Paste this Account Key into the Username field on the Power BI window.
Within Settings and Support > ClickDimensions Settings, copy the Power BI Token. Paste this Power BI Token into the Password field on the Power BI window.
Click Save. Click Done, and click Done again to get out of the Data Source Settings menu.
Select a pre-made report from the bottom section of the page, then click the Refresh button from the top menu ribbon. You will then see the graphical data brought in from Click.
See the Data
You will see a Dashboard created for you with access to several graphs and grids of data from you Click.
Click on the tabs at the bottom of this screen to see various charts and graphs. On the right you will see the datasets provided. You can use the Power BI tools to create more visuals with this data, save them, and add them to dashboard.
Click on Report on the left side and create or adjust your reports using Click data.
Click on Data on the left side and see the various data lists that ClickDimensions brings into Power BI.
Click on Relationships on the left side and see the relationships between the entities for Click within Power BI.

Visit information is from the last 30 days.
