Competitor information
A shared entity that allows sales team to collect and share information on competitors.
One or more competitors can be identified and added to the competitors section on the Business Impact tab of an opportunity.
Enter The Name of the Competitor. You have the option to also enter the Competitors Website, Strengths and Weaknesses on the General tab. On the Details tab you can enter address information of the competitor.
The “All Competitors are Identified” flag allows users to show if all the competitors have been identified.
- If YES, the “Identify Competitors” field will be marked as Complete on the Qualify stage in the Opportunity process.
- If NO, the “Identify Competitors” field will be marked as Incomplete on the Qualify stage in the Opportunity process.
The opportunities tab of the Competitors screen will display all opportunities where the entity is listed as a competitor.
