Click's CRM cannot be installed natively using macOS. Users will need a Windows PC or a Mac running Windows 11 via Parallels Desktop.
To install using Parallels Desktop:
- Download the CRM installer from the registration email
- From Parallels, open Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder where the downloaded zip file is.
- Right click the CRM Installer package and choose 'Open with WinRAR Archiver'.
- WinRAR should open, select all files that appear. (Command + a)
- Click 'Extract All'
- Choose an extraction destination path on the C: Drive.
Important Note: The files must extract to the C: drive of the VM volume of Parallels. If the file is extracted to any shared directories of the Mac, the installer will fail.
- Click OK and allow the files to be extracted.
- Open the destination path you chose earlier and launch the 'Package Deployer'
