"Account is invalid" Error in Setting Page
If you see this type of error in the ClickDimensions Settings page, it may indicate that the account key and token were not successfully added to the cdi_settings.xml and cdi_loadcdsettings.js files within the customer environment.
If you check the cdi_settings.xml and cdi_loadsettings.js files in the environment and confirm that the accountkey and token are not present, the fix is to navigate to the Customization window and run the "Configuration" page (the Token can be found in the Tracking Account):
